Anxiety, stress, depression- they can make life feel overwhelming. I understand. And the current climate isn’t helping, is it?

For so many of us, we don’t even know what’s going to happen next week or month, and forget about trying to plan for the upcoming school year.

Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable.
When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.
— Fred Rogers

I take the fear out of therapy.

How clients describe their experience:

The most common feedback I get from women I’ve worked with is that I take the fear out of therapy because I’m easy to talk to and insightful about their situation. They appreciate that I’m authentic and straightforward because juggling pain, anxiety and stress is tough enough, right? Clients report feeling calmer and more relaxed during our work together and are often surprised at how quickly the sessions go by.

Your time is valuable to me, so during our time together, we’ll stay focused on the simplest way to get you closer to where you want to be because my goal is for you to start living a more deliberate balanced life as soon as you’re ready.

I do my best work with women who are motivated to explore what is no longer working and open to trying out new ways of doing things. These women are also committed to the work because they realize that change in therapy doesn’t happen overnight. They’re usually SO tired of getting in their own way and allowing pain, anxiety, and stress to rule their life that feeling uncomfortable for a short time is something they’re willing to put up with in order to get to where they want to be.

I’m empathetic and supportive of your process and am here to help guide you through this place in your life along with any challenges that arise. You won’t be alone. If you’re ready to get off what has become your task list roller-coaster ride of a life and finally leave pain, anxiety and stress behind to find more balance and JOY, I’m here to help you!
